The weekly Sutton Striders social run covers approximately four miles around the streets of Sutton at a social pace.

Starting and finishing at Sutton Station, there are several pace options available:

• 8 mins/ mile*
• 9 mins/ mile
• 10 mins/ mile
• 12 mins/ mile*
• Jeffing

*available on alternating weeks

Our no-drop policy ensures that no one gets left behind, no matter what their pace is.

The run is led by qualified run leaders, who will guide you through the route, which heads west from Sutton Station along Mulgrave Road, then turns south along Cornwall Road to the junction with Dorset Road.

After turning left on Dorset Road, the route heads to Brighton Road, past Harris Academy Sutton and up Chiltern Road to Chiltern Road Church (where we usually stop to catch our breath!)

You'll then head north and weave through quiet streets to Upland Road, then loop back towards Sutton Station via Cedar Road.

Sutton Striders members can turn up a few minutes before the start of the session and decide to join whichever pace group they wish.
